Scottish Tablet

We've taken some time before listing our Scottish Tablet on the website. We wanted to be sure we had the product just right, as, from experience, customers are very particular about the flavour and texture of their Tablet. We've now had enough feedback from customers at numerous craft fairs to validate our Tablet to be as good as grandmother used to make!

Ingredients: Sugar, water, dark brown sugar, condensed milk (whole milk, skimmed milk, sugar),butter milk, evaporated milk, single cream  milk, butter milk, salt.
