2 Complaints procedure, returning goods and withdrawl/cancellation rights
In the event that you have a complaint about the products available on this website or the service provided you are requested to contact the company as soon as possible via the contacts page. Goods can only be returned for a refund so long as the packet is still unopened, unless the product is found to be defective. Postage for returned goods will only be refunded if it is established the goods are found to be defective. Customers have the right to cancel their order or return their goods within seven days of purchase; the cost of return postage in this event will not be refunded.
3 Information about delivery, availability and despatch of goods
Goods are delivered either by Royal Mail or courier; usually within one business day of the receipt of payment. In the event that not all goods are available for an order O'er the Moon will continue to try to make contact with the customer to establish whether a part order is acceptable or substitute goods can be added. O'er the Moon will not send substitute goods automatically.
4 Applicable Laws/Legally Binding Contracts
Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of the United Kingdom in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith. Customer should be aware that when buying goods on this website they are entering into a legally binding contract.
